It helped get the creepies out of my soul. That was one of my favorite fairy tales when I was a child. Genre: Young Adult/Fantasy/Fairy tale/Romance. This is a novelization of the story of the Twelve Dancing Princesses. This was a good book to read after I finished Coraline. Returning home from the war, young Galen finds work with his mother's family in the royal gardens. Galen is a soldier-turned-gardener who works in the queen's gardens.
